We ordered Pork sausage spring roll, Pork egg roll, Sweet garlic fish sauce chicken wings, Chicken pho, Lean beef (rare pho), and Momma’s garlic noodles with chicken. Everything was delicious. Some of the best pho we’ve ever had. The sweet garlic fish sauce chicken wings and pork egg rolls caught us by surprise how good they were. The peanut dipping sauce for the spring roll was superb. There was a short waiting list to get in but once seated service was very quick, servers were kind and polite. Food came out quickly. Vibes were homey and simplistic, a good mix of traditional and modern aesthetic.

We arrived on Sunday night around 7pm and were on the waitlist for about an hour. The service was good and prompt. We got our food 15 minutes after ordering. Both food that we ordered were excellent but I would come back during less busy time. - pho #4 (lean beef, flank, brisket) medium: good. The broth was savory, good, and not too greasy. The bowl itself had lots of meat slices but the noodles portion was too little imo. - chicken wings & rice: my favorite! The chicken wings had crispy coatings and perfectly seasoned (not too salty but very umami). The meat was tender and flavorful.

A Michelin Star restaurant in Rancho Cordova, say WHAT!?? Walking in, it was very unassuming from the parking lot and front entrance. Small hole hole in the wall restaurant vibes, but the food.... OUT of this WORLD!! Salt & pepper wings were perfectly crisp on the outside, juicy on the inside, and a whole lotta flavor! Recommend the shrimp fried rice or garlic noodles with shrimp. You will not be disappointed! 10/10!

This pho location was different from all the others I visited in Sacramento, Elk Grove and surrounding areas. The staff was very friendly, however they charge you additional .75 for a small sauce. I also ordered the three-piece eggrolls that’s supposed to come with lettuce, but it came with cilantro and diced carrots. I asked the waitress where was the lettuce?, She went and got the lettuce, but I was charged an additional $1.50 for lettuce that was supposed to come with it. Shrimp rice was 4/5 no flavor very bland. Egg rolls was 3/5 i don’t know if it was bad service or race. The women next to us asked for no peanut sauce with her wrapped rolls probably due to allergies, server brought the rolls dipped in sauce. 1st and last time visiting location. I don’t think they approve of color people

We came around 5:30pm on a Friday and it only took a few minutes for us to be seated. The salt and pepper chicken wings were nicely fried but if you didn’t tell me that they were salt and pepper, I would just think they’re a nice plain fried chicken wing. The pho broth was delicious and well balanced. And had a good portion of meat
